Industrial design is an innovation activity, which recognizes the industrial products as main objects, makes good use of achievements in science & technology and the achievements of engineering, aesthetics, psychology and economics etc., and optimizes the functions, structures, forms and packages of products. Besides, Industrial design is an important part of productive service industry. And also it is a critical link or effect mean to increase capacity of independent innovation and enhance the core competition of manufacturing industry. Finally, it is a vital step for transformation ans upgrading of industry. In recent years, Industrial design has developed rapidly not only for development tendency but because both the central committee and the state council had paid high attention to it.
